PLANNING ACT 2023 - SECT 257

In this Act:

"lease" means a lease (other than a sublease) of land—

        (a)     granted under this Act; or

        (b)     granted or arising under the Unit Titles Act 2001

Note     Some leases are taken to have been granted under this Act (see s 619).
