POWERS OF ATTORNEY ACT 2006 - SECT 74

In this chapter:

"interested person"—each of the following is an interested person in relation to a power of attorney:

        (a)     an attorney;

        (b)     the principal;

        (c)     a relative of the principal;

        (d)     the public advocate;

        (e)     the public trustee and guardian;

        (f)     a guardian of the principal;

        (g)     a manager of the principal;

        (h)     a person prescribed by regulation.
