(2) In this section:
"repealed section" means the NRMA—ACT Road Safety Trust Act 1992
, section 6 (Exemption from liability), as in force immediately before the commencement day.

, dictionary, definition of "trust", as in force immediately before the commencement day.
(3) This section expires 15 years after the commencement day.
