ROAD TRANSPORT (GENERAL) ACT 1999 - SECT 90A

    (1)     For this part, a "reviewable decision" is—

        (a)     an internal reviewer's decision in relation to an internally reviewable decision; or

        (b)     a decision-maker's decision (other than an internally reviewable decision) prescribed by regulation.

    (2)     For the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2008

, section 9 (Applications under authorising laws), the road transport legislation is taken to be a single authorising law.

    (3)     In this section:

"road transport legislation" does not include the Motor Accident Injuries Act 2019
