(a) analysis of the sample in accordance with this Act;
(b) research relating to drivers of motor vehicles affected by drugs, but only if identifying information about the person who provided the sample cannot be ascertained from it;
(c) a proceeding for an offence of culpable driving;
(d) a proceeding for an offence against the Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Act 1999
, section 5A (Races, attempts on speed records, speed trials etc) or section 7 (Furious, reckless or dangerous driving).
