Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) The technical regulator may, by written notice, require the owner of a registrable dam to give any further information about the registrable dam (the further information ) that the technical regulator reasonably requires.
(2) The notice must state the period within which the further information must be given to the technical regulator.
