Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) The commissioner must not, as far as practicable, in any recovery action, give confidential information about a person who has received financial assistance or a funeral expense payment to the offender convicted or found guilty of the offence to which the assistance or payment relates.
(2) In this section:
"confidential information", about an assisted person, includes the name, contact details, medical or psychological reports, counselling notes or other identifying information about the assisted person.
