WORKERS COMPENSATION ACT 1951 - SECT 141

Meaning of protocol in ch 7 etc

    (1)     In this chapter:

"protocol" means a protocol about vocational rehabilitation approved under a regulation.

    (2)     A regulation may allow the Minister to approve a protocol about vocational rehabilitation.
