WORKERS COMPENSATION ACT 1951 - SECT 186B

    (1)     To remove any doubt, a payment made by the LTCS commissioner under the LTCS Act

does not, for the Limitation Act 1985

, section 32 (Confirmation), confirm a cause of action under this Act.

    (2)     In this section:

"payment", by the LTCS commissioner, means a payment that is made voluntarily or in accordance with a requirement under the LTCS Act
