WORKPLACE PRIVACY ACT 2011 - SECT 24

In this Act:

"covert surveillance"—

        (a)     means surveillance of a worker in a workplace conducted by an employer without notifying the worker under part 3 (Notified surveillance); but

        (b)     does not include prohibited surveillance.
