COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 1178

Neutral evaluation—appointment of evaluator

    (1)     The following people can be an evaluator:

        (a)     the registrar of the court;

        (b)     someone else that the court considers has the skills and qualifications to be an evaluator and appoints as an evaluator.

    (2)     The

, part 19.3 (Appointments) does not apply to the appointment of an evaluator under this rule.
