Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations(1) An order for possession of land (the original order ) may be enforced by an order for delivery of possession of land only if the person against whom the original order is to be enforced is served with a copy of the original order at least 7 days before the order for delivery of possession of land is made.
(2) If a person other than the person against whom the original order is made is in possession of the land or part of it, an order for delivery of possession of land may be made only if the court gives leave.
Note Pt 6.2 (Applications in proceedings) applies to an application for leave.
