Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations(1) This rule applies to a division 3.1.9 proceeding in relation to an estate that is started by originating application.
(2) The court may give directions about whether the plaintiff is to serve notice on anyone else who has a beneficial interest in the estate.
