Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations(1) Anyone not named in the originating application in a division 3.1.9 proceeding in relation to an estate may give notice of intention to intervene in the proceeding by filing in the court an affidavit showing that the person has an interest in the estate.
(2) The affidavit must include an address for service for the person.

(3) The person must serve a stamped copy of the affidavit on everyone named in the proceeding.
