If the only relief claimed by a party is a contribution under the href="http://www.legislation.act.gov.au/a/2002-40" title="A2002-40">Civil Law (Wrongs) Act 2002

, section 21 (Right of contribution) against another party, the party may file and serve a notice claiming contribution or indemnity without further pleading.
