Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations(1) This rule applies if the Attorney-General of the Commonwealth, a State or Territory applies to the court under a cross-vesting law for the transfer of a proceeding pending in the court.
(2) The application may be made without the Attorney-General becoming a party to the proceeding.
