COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 3350

Definitions—pt 3.6

In this part:

"election application "means an application under the title="A1992-71">Electoral Act

, part 16 (Disputed elections, eligibility and vacancies) disputing the validity of an election made in accordance with the title="A1992-71">Electoral Act

, section 258 (Form of application).
