COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 3450

In this division:

"foreign confiscation order "means—

        (a)     any of the following orders within the meaning of the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 1987

(Cwlth), section 3 (1):

              (i)     a foreign forfeiture order;

              (ii)     a foreign pecuniary penalty order;

              (iii)     a foreign restraining order; or

        (b)     a forfeiture order within the meaning of the International War Crimes Tribunals Act 1995

(Cwlth), section 4.

"register" means the register of foreign confiscation orders kept under rule 3452.
