COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 444
Pleadings—defence to proceeding on bill of exchange etc
(1) This rule applies to a proceeding on a bill of
exchange, cheque or promissory note.
(2) The
defendant must deny some matter of fact in a defence in denial.
Examples
the drawing, making, endorsing, accepting, presenting, or notice of
dishonour of the bill, cheque or note
