COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 445

    (1)     This rule applies if a party wants to deny—

        (a)     another party's right to claim as a representative (including a personal representative or trustee) of someone else; or

        (b)     the alleged constitution of a partnership.

    (2)     The party must deny it specifically.
