COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 5302

    (1)     Security for costs of an appeal is not required, unless the Court of Appeal otherwise orders.

Note     Pt 6.2 (Applications in proceedings) applies to an application for an order under this rule.

    (2)     This rule does not limit division 2.17.8 (Security for costs).
