COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 5313

Appeals to Court of Appeal—application for leave to appeal to be sealed

The registrar must seal an application for leave to appeal and any filed copies of the application.

Note     The registrar may reject an application for leave to appeal that is filed (see r 6140 (Rejecting documents—noncompliance with rules etc) and r 6142 (Rejecting documents—abuse of process etc)).
