COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 6121

How documents may be filed

A document may be filed in the court by—

        (a)     delivering it to the registry personally; or

        (b)     sending it to the registry by post in accordance with rule 6123 (Filing documents by post); or

        (c)     faxing it to the registry's fax number for the filing of documents; or

        (d)     filing the document electronically in the court in accordance with rule 6124 (Filing documents electronically); or

        (e)     emailing the document to the registry's email address for the filing of documents.
