Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations(1) A document otherwise required or allowed under these rules to be served on a detainee must be served on the person in charge of the place where the detainee is being detained.
(2) For any provision of these rules requiring personal service of a document, personal service of the document on a person under subrule (1) is taken to be personal service on the detainee.
(3) In this rule:
"detainee" means a person who is a full-time detainee under the Crimes (Sentence Administration) Act 2005
.
