Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations(1) On application for an order under this division, the court may make an order in relation to the costs of the applicant, the person against whom the order is sought or made and any other party to the proceeding.
(2) The costs for which an order may be made include—
(a) payment of conduct money; and
(b) payments made for any expense or loss in relation to the proceeding; and
(c) the costs of producing any documents for inspection under this division.
