Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations(1) If the registrar is required to give an exhibit (including a subpoenaed document or thing) to a person under rule 6763 (Duty of parties to claim exhibits), the registrar must give or send the exhibit to the person in a way that seems reasonable to the registrar.
(2) This rule applies subject to any direction of the court under rule 6608.
