ROAD TRANSPORT (DRIVER LICENSING) REGULATION 2000 - REG 73ZX

    (1)     A person commits an offence if the person––

        (a)     installs an interlock in, or removes an interlock from, a nominated vehicle; and

        (b)     is not an approved interlock installer.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
