ROAD TRANSPORT (ROAD RULES) REGULATION 2017 - REG 296A

Driving without due care etc

A driver must not drive a vehicle without—

        (a)     due care and attention; or

        (b)     reasonable consideration for other road users.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
