TOBACCO AND OTHER SMOKING PRODUCTS REGULATION 2018 - REG 2

    (1)     An Australia Post Keypass ID is prescribed.

    (2)     In this section:

"Australia Post Keypass ID", for a person, means identification issued by Australia Post that includes the following about the person:

        (a)     the name of the person;

        (b)     a photo of the person;

        (c)     the date of birth of the person.
