ARCHITECTS ACT 2004 (NO. 20 OF 2004) - SECT 56

For this part—

        (a)     an individual is taken not to be registered if the individual's registration is suspended; and

        (b)     an individual is taken not to be a nominee if the individual's registration is suspended.
