ARCHITECTS ACT 2004 (NO. 20 OF 2004) - SECT 81

For this part:

"informed person" means anyone who is, or has been, an official.

"official" means—

        (a)     a member of the architects board; or

        (b)     the registrar; or

        (c)     anyone acting under the direction or authority of the board.
