CORONERS ACT 1997 (NO. 57 OF 1997) - SECT 61

61. Unless a Coroner considers it advisable to do so, it is not necessary for him or her—

        (a)     to view the body or ashes of a person; or

        (b)     to inspect the scene of an event, being an event which, in the opinion of the Coroner, may have resulted in the death of the person; or

        (c)     to view the scene of a fire or disaster.
