GAMING MACHINE (REFORM) AMENDMENT ACT 2015 (NO. 21 OF 2015) - SECT 44

105A     Definitions—div 6.6

In this division:

"approval" means an approval under section 108 to repossess a gaming machine.

"external administrator", for a licensee, means any of the following appointed to manage the licensee's affairs:

        (a)     an administrator of the licensee;

        (b)     a liquidator of the licensee;

        (c)     a receiver of the licensee;

        (d)     a receiver and manager of the licensee.
