    (3)     The responsible territory entity for the contract may delegate the entity's functions under this section to a public employee.

    (4)     In this section:

"personal information"—see the Privacy Act 1988 (Cwlth), section 6.

"public employee"—see the Legislation Act, dict, pt 1.
