Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) In this part:
"cancellation" includes partial cancellation.
"partial cancellation" means the exclusion of part of a registered place.
(2) This part applies to a partial cancellation as if—
(a) a reference to a registered place were a reference to the part of the place to be excluded; and
(b) all other necessary changes,
including any changes prescribed under the regulations, were made.
