HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION ACT 2005 (NO. 40 OF 2005) - SECT 52
Considering complaints
(1) The commissioner given responsibility for
considering a complaint for the commission must consider the complaint.
(2) The commissioner may, but need not, continue
to consider the complaint while the complaint is being conciliated.
