HEAVY VEHICLE NATIONAL LAW (CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 2013 (NO. 52 OF 2013) - SECT 71

substitute

"vehicle standard"—

        (a)     includes a standard or other requirement relating to the construction, design or equipment of a registrable vehicle; but

        (b)     does not include a heavy vehicle standard within the meaning of the Heavy Vehicle National Law (ACT) .
