TRUSTEE (AMENDMENT) ACT 1999 (NO. 28 OF 1999) - SECT 3

Principal Act

    In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Trustee Act 1925 of the State of New South Wales in its application in the Territory. 1

4.     Repeal

    Section 2 of the Principal Act is repealed.
