TRUSTEE (AMENDMENT) ACT 1999 (NO. 28 OF 1999) - SECT 5

Insertion

    After section 5 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted in Part 1:

“5A.     Notes

    A note in the text of this Act is explanatory and is not part of the Act.”.
