TOTALISATOR ACT 2014 (NO. 4 OF 2014) - SECT 41

Cost of testing totalisator system and totalisator equipment

    (1)     The reasonable testing costs of testing a licensee's totalisator system or totalisator equipment are payable by the licensee.

    (2)     In this section:

"testing costs" includes travelling expenses.
