Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) If the board is given notice about the death of an individual under this Act, the board may ask the registrar-general for information recorded in the registrable events register about the individual's death.
(2) If a request for information is made under subsection (1), the registrar-general must give the board the requested information.
(3) In this section:
"registrable events register" means a register maintained under the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 1997
