Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) Before the Minister approves environmental flow guidelines, the authority must prepare draft environmental flow guidelines for the Minister's approval.
(2) In preparing draft guidelines, the authority must consider principally the ecological needs of aquatic ecosystems but may also take into account the environmental, economic and social impact of the guidelines.
