WATER RESOURCES ACT 2007 (NO. 19 OF 2007) - SECT 40

    (1)     A bore work licence is subject to any condition—

        (a)     prescribed by regulation; or

        (b)     imposed on the licence by the authority.

    (2)     A condition imposed by the authority must not be inconsistent with any condition prescribed by regulation that applies to the licence.
