WATER RESOURCES ACT 2007 (NO. 19 OF 2007) - SECT 41

In this division:

"water structure" means—

        (a)     a dam (whether or not it is in or on a waterway); or

        (b)     another water retention structure in or on a waterway.

"waterway work "means—

        (a)     constructing or altering a water structure; or

        (b)     doing other work in or on a waterway.
