CORPORATIONS RULES 2001 (2001 NO 22) - REG 81

As soon as practicable after filing an originating process seeking an order under the Act, section 1094, the plaintiff must serve a copy of the originating process and the supporting affidavit on—

        (a)     the company; and

        (b)     anyone against whom an order is sought.
