CORPORATIONS RULES 2001 (2001 NO 22) - REG 82

For the Act, section 1135 (1), a written notice of appeal against a decision of a futures exchange or futures association must—

        (a)     be in the form of an originating process; and

        (b)     state whether all or part of the decision is complained of and, if part only, identify that part; and

        (c)     state concisely the grounds of appeal.
