Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) An employer must ensure that employees have reasonable access to washing facilities.
(2) The employer must ensure that—
(a) each washing facility has running water; or
(b) if it is not reasonably practicable for a facility to have running water—employees have access to clean water near the facility.
(3) In this section:
"washing facility "means a facility set aside for use to wash and dry the hands, arms, neck and face.
