Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, enter a secured area maintained by or on behalf of a utility in connection with the provision of a utility service.
Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2) In this regulation:
"secured area "means a network facility, and any land or water surrounding the
facility, that is enclosed for the purpose of preventing unauthorised access.
