APPROPRIATION ACT 1998-99 - SECT 7

Commonwealth specific purpose payments

    Section 17 of the Financial Management Act 1996 applies to all appropriations under subsection 5 (1) of this Act except the appropriations to the following departments:

        (a)     Legislative Assembly Secretariat;

        (b)     Auditor-General;

        (c)     ACT Executive;

        (d)     Central Financing Unit;

        (e)     Superannuation and Insurance Provision Unit;

        (f)     InTACT;

        (g)     ACTION;

        (h)     ACT Forests.
