COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION ACT 1986 (REPEALED) - SECT 24

Unless a contrary intention is expressed in the arbitration agreement, the arbitrator or umpire shall have power to make an award ordering specific performance of a contract if the Supreme Court would have power to order specific performance of that contract.
